Innovation Workshop with Rapid Prototype.Tailor Fit Apps are delivered using
Zimt's rapid Innovation Workshop process. In a few short days users are taken through discover and
design to the delivery of a working prototype tailor fit through their interactive participation.
App Assembly. On approval of the prototype, the App is completed and integrated
to the specific details of the organizations SAP environment. This tailors the integration to existing
security roles, workflow, configuration idiosyncrasies and 3rd party products.
Solution Delivery. The delivery phase deploys the solution into production using
the organizations existing testing, deployment, change management and support processes.
Progressive Support. Zimt provides hands-on Hypercare support to ensure the initial
roll-out is smooth then provides Service Level Agreements for long-term support. Zimt is also there for long
term maintenance to keep the App "well oiled" and growing with the business with progressive tweaks and
enhancements.
